ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

DECEMBER 19, 2011

6:30 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula B. Keefe, Richard B. Gorden,

                  Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur

                  Also in attendance through the interview portion of the meeting were

                  Director of Finance William Fowler and Administrative Assistant

                  Patricia Morrison

1. The Board discussed the applicants for the Senior Clerk position that we would be

interviewing later this evening.

2. The Board conducted interviews for two applicants for the Senior Clerk position.

3. The following actions were taken on Fiscal Year 2012 applications for exemption  

for the owners of the following parcels:

   Parcel 60-14             Clause 17D                  Granted

   Parcel 59-15             Clause 17D                  Granted

   Parcel 59-15             Clause 22                     Granted

   Parcel 60-14             Clause 41A                  Granted

4. The Board reviewed a pending residential Appellate Tax Board case.
